Cm8x Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines for All Members

1Definitions and General Provisions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and cm8x ("Platform", "we", "company"). These Terms govern your entire access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by cm8x.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any cm8x service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the cm8x platform.

• Usernames and passwords are the personal responsibility of members and must not be shared with anyone.
• Cm8x will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of login credentials by a third party due to a member's own negligence.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory to complete the registration process.
• Cm8x reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

4Deposit

Cm8x accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. The full list of available methods can be viewed on the Deposit.

Deposit limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit limit: RM10 for most payment methods.
• The daily maximum limit depends on your payment method and account status.
• Accounts that have completed KYC are eligible for higher deposit limits.

Cm8x does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond cm8x's control.

Any deposit made through unauthorized methods, including using another person's bank account without permission, will result in account termination and funds being returned to the original owner.

5Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings is available to members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed by the cm8x finance team within the stipulated timeframe according to the chosen withdrawal method.

• Withdrawal to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost): typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct bank transfer: typically processed within 1–3 banking hours.
• All withdrawals are subject to standard security checks, which may require additional processing time.

Cm8x reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal request if:

• KYC verification is incomplete or the submitted documents are invalid.
• There is suspicious activity or signs of fraud on the account.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met.
• Bank account details do not match the registered cm8x account information.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Cm8x offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and exclusive VIP program offers. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and limits stated on each offer.

The bonus wagering requirements are as follows:

8Account Security

10Account Closure and Suspension

Cm8x reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activities that compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting cm8x customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after the required security checks are completed, within a reasonable timeframe.

11Responsible Gaming

Cm8x is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled leisure activity, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by cm8x.
